Our Property Management department was first established to provide Landlords who reside in the UK or abroad, the same level of service which centred on providing peace of mind, knowing that their property is in the best hands and allowing them to distance themselves from the day-to-day management of their property. Whether it is a trivial issue or a more serious problem our property managers are there to take the headache away from you.
Once your property has been let, our team of property managers will manage your property from the beginning to the end of the tenancy period. Each member of staff will work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your tenancy goes smoothly and without trouble, keeping both landlord and tenant happy. We do this by having a group of trusted contractors who have worked alongside us for many years, who can act quickly and accommodate your tenant, often working outside the usual hours other agents insist on.
We will visit your property at least 3 times a year as a minimum although our aim is once every quarter.
Two months prior to the end of your tenancy we will negotiate with you and your tenant as to how the tenancy is to proceed. Our aim here is to ensure we maximise your rental income by negotiating on any rental increases without you having to have those sometimes uncomfortable conversations with your tenant direct again negating any inconvenience to you.
