The role of a Negotiator is both varied and exciting. You will become the public face of our company, dealing with a variety of people and enquiries every day. You will see, sell and let a wide range of property from small studios to million pound properties.
You will possess the style and flair to negotiate deals to their successful conclusion in addition to being well-presented and thoroughly professional at all times. Whilst experience is welcome,
it is not always necessary as full and on-going training is provided. In fact, many of our most successful negotiators have come from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
The required traits are common sense, maturity, responsibility, patience, an excellent telephone manner and a good sense of humour and an ability to communicate with all types of people.
In this type of incentive-driven environment, the rewards can be substantial. You will earn a basic salary and will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission directly linked to your personal performance from day one.
A typical day will include: a team meeting, viewing properties, negotiating offers, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, in addition to delivering a consistently high level of customer service to buyers and sellers.
You must have your own car and a full driving licence.
